Intellectual Property<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-premium-text premium-text-30f8a2c4088a premium-text\"><h4 class=\"premium-text-wrap\">The itineraries and materials provided by Your Tuscany Expert in connection with the Services (the\r\n\u201cMaterials\u201d) are intended for the client&#8217;s personal use only.\r\nThe client is authorised to view, download, and print one copy of the Materials exclusively for personal\r\nand non-commercial use, provided that any copyright notices or proprietary logos remain unaltered.\r\nIt is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display,\r\ndownload, or otherwise use the Materials for commercial purposes.\r\nAny unauthorised use may be pursued in accordance with applicable law.<br><br><\/h4><\/div><br>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-premium-container premium-container-premium-container-932059bebc5e  alignfull premium-is-root-container\"><div class=\"premium-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-premium-heading premium-heading default premium-heading-5612f7706501\"><div class=\"premium-title-container  default \" data-backgroundtext=\"\" id=\"premium-heading-5612f7706501\" data-icontype=\"icon\"><h2 class=\"premium-title-header premium-title-default__wrap \" data-blur-delay=\"\" data-shiny-dur=\"\"><span class=\"premium-title-text-title \">14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-premium-text premium-text-e2a17e93a194 premium-text\"><h4 class=\"premium-text-wrap\">The relationship between the client and Your Tuscany Expert shall be governed by Italian law.\r\nAny dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of\r\nFlorence, Italy, to the exclusion of any other court having jurisdiction.\r\nShould an Italian court having jurisdiction over the matter determine that any provision of these Terms is\r\ninvalid, such provision shall be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining\r\nprovisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.<\/h4><\/div><br>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-premium-container premium-container-premium-container-eb604ec0dee2  alignfull premium-is-root-container\"><div class=\"premium-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-premium-heading premium-heading default premium-heading-3cae22bb91ea\"><div class=\"premium-title-container  default \" data-backgroundtext=\"\" id=\"premium-heading-3cae22bb91ea\" data-icontype=\"icon\"><h2 class=\"premium-title-header premium-title-default__wrap \" data-blur-delay=\"\" data-shiny-dur=\"\"><span class=\"premium-title-text-title \">15.
